BUSINESS CHECKING - designed for the customer with low transaction volumes.
Customers with transactions totaling 200 or less during the month will not be
assessed a service charge. A service charge of $7 will be assessed if the
total number of transactions exceeds 200 during the month.
COMMERCIAL CHECKING - designed for the customer who has the ability to
maintain a minimum balance requirement. Customers with an average of $2000
or more during the month will not be assessed a service charge. A service
charge of $7 will be assessed if the average balance drops below $2000 during
the month.
CORPORATE CHECKING - designed for the customer with large transaction
volumes. An analysis of the account is performed each month which totals
the number of transactions and quantity of other services utilized and
calculates a total cost of services. The total cost of services is offset
by an earnings credit on the average collected balance in the account, which may reduce or eliminate fees altogether.
CASH MANAGEMENT - combines several financial services into a single product, which is designed to
efficiently and effectively manage the daily cash activities of your business.
To participate in cash management, your business must establish a corporate
checking account, which will serve as the master account for these services.
The balance in this account is used to earn a credit toward service charges
assessed during the statement period. If the balance in this account exceeds
the amount required to offset the service charges, you may be able to earn
interest on the excess funds. The business may also establish zero-balance
accounts as part of cash management. These accounts, which are designed for
special purposes such as payroll and accounts payable, are funded by the master
account as checks clear rather than by depositing an amount to cover the checks
issued. If the cash cycle of the business fluctuates periodically, requiring
the business to borrow funds, a line of credit may be
incorporated into cash management to draw against when funds are needed and
repay when funds are available. Another service which may be utilized as part
of cash management is Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing (i.e., direct
deposit of employee payroll) which allows the business to originate transactions
directly to the accounts of its affiliates.
BUSINESS N.O.W. - an interest-bearing checking account which is
available to certain businesses based on their ownership structure.
Customers with a minimum balance of $1000 or more during the month will not be
assessed a service charge. A service charge of $7 will be assessed if the
balance drops below $1000 during the month.
BUSINESS MONEY MARKET - an interest-bearing savings account which is
subject to transaction limitations. Customers with a minimum balance of
$1000 or more during the month will not be assessed a service charge. A
service charge of $10 will be assessed if the balance drops below $1000 during
the month.
