COMMON STOCK HISTORY:
The Company has received several requests for historical information about the common stock of Eagle Financial Services, Inc. In response to those requests, the Company has prepared the following table which provides historical information on the sale prices, stock splits, and periodic dividends from July 23, 1979 through July 14, 2003. Beginning July 15, 2003, the Company can no longer track sale prices because multiple sales may occur without the Company's knowledge on the OTC Bulletin Board.  You should be able to obtain price history from your investment advisor or the internet.  Please note that the common shares of Eagle Financial Services, Inc. were traded as common shares of Bank of Clarke County prior to January 1, 1992. The dollar amounts within this table represent the per share price which was paid by the buyer to the seller in a transaction as of the date indicated. These amounts have not been restated for subsequent stock dividends and splits. This table only reflects transactions for which the sale price was known by the transfer agent. While the Company has made a best effort to assure that the information in this table is accurate, we recommend that you consult with a financial advisor and/or tax professional before using the information for basis or gain/loss calculations.

This table is in Portable Document Format (PDF). You must have Adobe® Reader® installed on your computer to view it. This software can be downloaded for free from www.adobe.com or by clicking the icon at the bottom of this page.
